REQUIREMENTS: Unless otherwise noted, all workshops require an in-room computer with projection capability. Ideal room setup has furniture arranged so that participants are seated in small groups, preferably at round tables or other “pod” arrangement to facilitate small group discussion and group work. Host organization is responsible for copying/duplication of workshop materials for participants and marketing and promotion for the event. Host organization should also designate a point of contact for the speaker/presenter and someone to assist the presenter on the day of the workshop.
