The Spirit of Service Scholars (SoSS) initiative honors outstanding students interested in pursuing careers in the public and nonprofit sectors.

Scholars receive a $5,000 scholarship, mentorship from high-profile practitioners and leaders, experience mentoring high school students, and education on core topics for public service through seven Saturday seminars. This initiative seeks to help create the next generation of public service leaders who will transform the nonprofit and government sectors at all levels.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: The application deadline for the 2021-2022 Scholars program is now Friday, March 26, 2021

Eligibility

Full-time ASU students in any undergraduate, Masters-level graduate degree, or law degree program are eligible to apply (incoming Freshman are not eligible to apply). Students who will graduate mid-year or who will be studying abroad in one or two semesters of the academic year are not eligible for this scholarship.
