Developing Change Intelligence

March 15, 2018 - 12:30pm to 4:00pm
ASU SkySong, Scottsdale

As a leader, are you tired of investing time and money into change initiatives that just don’t stick? Are you frustrated with resistance and trying to find new ways of working?  Change is ubiquitous in our local governments and our ability to lead through change is imperative for success. You are dealing with change every day and yet, according to various estimates, as many as 70% of change efforts fail or fall short of expectations.

By developing Change Intelligence (CQ), leaders of change are able to overcome what looks like resistance, but is really lack of clarity (no “Head”), lack of connection (no “Heart”), or lack of tactics and training (no “Hands”) to work together toward the goal. Leaders who get CQ, get results.

Who should participate?
• Leaders at any level who want to manage change with more competence and confidence as well as less stress and frustration
• Project teams charged with leading change initiatives
• Leadership teams executing mission-critical transformations in their organizations

This workshop will include a personal CQ assessment and results.
